This 60-minute class is in the pool and combines Basic Barre techniques, Yoga, Circuit training and Acquapole to create a unique and balanced class for cardio, toning, flexibility, and strengthening. Acquapole® is an innovative water tool that was conceived, patented and produced in Italy in 2010. This class allows performance strengthening and muscle toning exercises that contribute to sculpt and define abdomen, shoulders and hips (subject to greater resistance in water) and at the same time, improve the cardiovascular system. Great for all levels. No experience required! You stay within your individual challenge. Bring a towel, sunscreen, sunglasses and water to class! This class is only offered during warm weather months!
This 60-minute warm class is a slow-paced style of yoga with poses, or asanas, that are held for longer periods of time from 2 to 5 minutes per pose. This is a great complement to other forms of yoga and exercise. Great for all levels. No experience required! You stay within your individual challenge. Bring a yoga mat, towel and water to class. Yogibarre (Non heated)

Inferno Hot Pilates
This 60 minute hot (95 degrees) class combines Pilates principles with High Intensive Interval Training and is performed in a heated room. This intense, full body workout is designed to strengthen muscles, burn calories and boost your metabolism. It is a great complement to your regular fitness routine whether you enjoy running, weight lifting, aerobic classes, Cross fit or yoga. Bring a mat and towel to class. FREE rentals!
This 60-minute hot (100 degrees) yoga class is perfect for beginners or those with an advanced practice. Your body becomes more flexible in the heat which allows you to get into a pose that you never imagined you can do. Hot Vinyasa Flow
This 60-minute hot (100 degrees) class helps develop strength, flexibility, and balance while reducing stress through this flowing, moderately cardiovascular style of Yoga aligned with the breath. Beginners are welcome!
